Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are charged for professional time, expertise, preparation, and guidance services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Refund Requests

• Duplicate payment made in error
• Service purchased but consultation was not scheduled
• Cancellation by Consulting By Ammar where no alternative appointment can be provided

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Completed consultation sessions
• Missed appointments without notice
• Partially completed consultations
• Consultation packages already started
• Interview preparation sessions already conducted
• Aviation guidance sessions already conducted
• University planning or profile review services already provided

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

No Outcome-Based Refunds

Refunds will not be issued based on:

• Visa denials
• University admission decisions
• Scholarship outcomes
• Flight school admissions
• FAA or licensing decisions
• Employment results
• Any outcome determined by third parties

Consultation fees cover guidance services only and not any guaranteed result.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
